    I am a little confused.

    If a gun is listed on the Maryland Handgun Roster, then it is allowed in Maryland? Yes or No?

    I am looking at the roster and it shows the Beretta Bobcat 21A on there.

    Does that mean it is OK to transfer to Maryland?

    Sounds a bit like you are confusing it with the "banned rifle list," which means that any gun on there is NOT allowed in MD.

    Nope, just making sure I remember the lists correctly. The Handgun Roster are those that are approved for MD and the Banned lists are those that can no longer be bought in or shipped to MD?


    I am getting old and forgetful. Thanks for the info.
