Oh, not long, I think. The judge doesn't have to do a lot here. A couple of weeks, maybe less.

That's not at all clear. He appeared like he wanted to rule for us on the "receive" vagueness claim. He brought that up sua sponte. He could do that.

3 weeks since the hearing and nothing....
Given that this was a hearing on a motion to dismiss, it's a pretty simple decision I would think.

I have no idea what's going on. It may only be that the judge is busy with other matters. In federal court, criminal matters get a preference.

MSI and the other plaintiffs won almost everything on the State's motion to dismiss in an order issued today by Judge Garbis. Announcement and details and a copy of the opinion will be posted shortly on MSI's website.
