Would very highly recommend Anderson HVAC to anyone that needs service. Jim Anderson came out to the house last night a couple of hours after I called to diagnose my issue (one of the units stopped responding). I'd only been in the house for 2 weeks before it died. Units are 14yrs old, so I thought for sure it was gonna be time to replace it. He's serviced the systems for the previous owners, so he was very familiar with my setup. He said not to worry, I still have 5+ years left on them and that should something break, he probably has the part. Extremely nice guy, and he knew what he was doing. Turned out to be a shorted fuse thanks to a stink big in the air handler (I should have checked). He didn't charge me anything as a welcome to the neighborhood. If anyone in Carroll County area needs some work done, please give Jim a call. You won't regret it.
