OCMD to Perryville High Speed Chase

Another shots fired, suspect gets away story.

Remember those license plate readers I posted about last year???

Quote:
Around 9:20 p.m. on Thursday, Ocean City Communications advised Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) officers a license plate reader on Route 90 had alerted on a stolen vehicle entering the resort. Ocean City Communications further advised the suspect believed to be driving the stolen vehicle was wanted and also armed and dangerous.

Looks like he was caught in Front Royal, VA by the US Marshals.

What about all the other agencies? He was chased over 150 miles.

Also i wonder under what law the MD State team could make an arrest and so forth in a nother state unless the they are sworn deputy US Marshals. Also i would think that VA State police would be their as well or at least contacted so they would know what was going on and mabe front royal pd as well. that must have been a long drive from jessup or northern md to front royal as well. you notice they did not say if it took place all in the same day or a day later plus how did he get from northern md to front royal? did he call someone to come get him and or did he carjack a vehicle to get their?? it does not say how.. their are a lot of questions that are still unanswered
