    Somewhat related, for those that have an MD/VA res permit and can get a PA non-res... I renewed my PA non-res permit this morning through Cumberland County, in and out with new permit in hand in under 10 min (couldn't believe it...so nice to be in free-er America even for a day)....so they are definitely still issuing non-res as long as you have a permit from your home state despite these reciprocity changes.
