I was putting paperwork in myself yesterday. I was told that the MSP were up to those who submitted paperwork on March 15th. I don't blame the MSP. We can thank OweMalley for causing this mess. Slowing down this process is doing his part to deny us our Constitutional rights.

I role my own so I have ammo waiting for it. Its my first regulated purchase in MD, but I have a few from my previous state of residence.
