    They call me Horseface
So I gave in to the XD-M trend and bought one last week. Took it to the range for the first time today and put about 200 rounds through it and it performed flawlessly. I would have shot more, but it was cold as hell. I think I have a new favorite. Can anyone recommend a good concealed holster for it too, since I don't want to use the one that comes with it for concealed carry since it's too big. Pics:

I got it in 9mm, since ammo is cheap and easy to find up here in Alaska. It was like 10 degrees outside, so needless to say, we didn't stay out there long.

I thought maybe you were in Garrett County with snow at the range. I've shot in GC when it was around 28 or so, but I imagine 10 in Alaska is much worse. Although it does get windy in W. MD, so the windchill can make it feel like 10.

I like those XDm's, I'd get one if I wasn't already picking up my FNP-357 soon that I don't really need. I like the silver stainless slides better on the XDm, I see they even have a green/silver version; very tempting. I love the idea of 19+1 rounds of 9mm.
