If you're buying a full-auto from out of state and it comes with a high capacity magazine (read: the normal friggin' mag), are they allowed to ship the magazine with the gun?

Can you then buy more mags for a full-auto Form 4 registered gun in the future by showing your Form 4?

Or, do we have to go out of state to get the mags?

Thanks! Basically I'm wondering if there's an NFA exclusion to the magazine ban.

The mags cannot be sold in state if they are larger than ten no matter what gun they are for. We all know that the mags are more dangerous than the machine guns, right?
