I have an air stripper with four baffles on my Crosman Pmod .22 and it doesn't hurt the accuracy at all. It does keep it very quiet though.
Air "stripper" with baffles? Maybe you mean "shroud"?
To AW - not sure if a MB does anything at all for any of my air rifles. I would think maybe it could help (or hurt) with the harmonics of the barrel. I think some guys put them on break barrel springers just to use as a cocking aid.
I meant particularly for the Texan, BigTinBoat. With everything I've seen from big bore rifles, air and firearms, I'm thinking about a clamp-on from Witt Machine as pictured here
It is shrouded but is a complete unit that screws on to the existing Prod shroud.
The accuracy is what it is when I get to the range. I'm thinking more about pushing that massive air burst to the sides hopefully to alleviate some of that massive recoil. I don't have a lot of experience with airms or arms but that thing is definitely is the most voracious thing I ever shot!
