This is the result of me, my brother and my fathers efforts to fill the boat with flounder last weekend. :D

I must be tired....I was thinking you'd need a hell of a tackle for this kind of Flounder....

Almost always with a light bredding of cracker meal (crushed saltines) and some salt and pepper. Fried till golden. Sometimes, but seldom they are stuffed with crab and baked.

My favorite way to cook my favorite fish.

Love me some flounder! Nice haul.

Going out on a charter boat this weekend hopefully to get some trophy Rock!

Fishing has been slow but there are nice fish out there right now. More mid 30's than true trophys but you should have some action.

    Russ -

I just love going out there. Getting some so I can fry and grill in the evening.

Rock has been moving higher up my list of favorite fish.

The minimum lenth was like 13".
Yup,,, but every year the min. crept up, so did the catch - and now those 18.5" ers are sweet. No way it's ok to keep a 14"er. Too small, except for commercial fisherman - go figure....
