Had to send my Bersa .380 to them for warranty work. UPS delivered it to them last Wednesday afternoon. They delivered it to me all fixed "good as new" this morning. 6 days including the weekend. Great customer service. I was so surprised at the fast turn-around that I called them today and thanked them!

    what happened?
It would only fire double action, after the first shot I would have to drop the hammer and shoot double action again. I had an overly complicated single shot pistol! It worked that way when I got it. When I took the grips off and looked inside I could never figure out what makes it tick.

I had read good things about them on the internet, they lived up to their rep.
Of course I'll have to got out and shoot it alot now so I can trust it.

We have several Bersa's and all have been flawless. I have heard of Colorado Gun Works on another forum, and they have a great reputation. Glad it worked out well for you!
