    I'll give you a quick synopsis. Most of the people speaking sound as if they have no more than an 8th grade education and vocabulary. The President is all but completely incoherent, speaks a hundred miles a minute and sounds like he has a mouthful of marbles.

    The best guess we have is that the amendment discussion on the KILL HPRB bill is up soon.

    There is some indication they will Special Order it to tomorrow but we have to wait until they take it up.

    SB 959 up now
