Well somebody ought to convince the guys at Primary Arms. Ordered yesterday and got a call from them today saying they would not ship to MD because it was banned. Tried to explain to him but he had already made of his mind.

Fvck 'em. For every shop that's too lazy or too scared to deal with MD's idiotic laws, there's half a dozen that are.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Well the story gets even better. I actually have an FFL and ordered one last week and they shipped it to me no problem. After I looked it over and got such a good price I decided to pick up a second one (the last one they had) and that's when they called and said they wouldn't ship it.

It is not an HBAR so maybe that is what is throwing them off a bit.

I am pretty sure that a .300 does not have to have a HBAR profile to be legal in MD. I'm sure others can confirm or correct

Been resisting this other caliber thing on the AR platform...but after researching, the 300 AAC is looking appealing. A barrel swap (upper even better) and its a done deal.
