Want to get my AR's barrel threaded...

I have Clinton's ban era Rock River 20" A2 AR15. I want to get its barrel threaded to accept regular flash hiders and also have sight/gas block replaced with the one with bayonet lug. Where should I go? Who should I call?

I asked the same question at Duffy's Gun Room last week. You can see the lathe from the showroom. If I had my rifle there, they would have done it.

You may wish to consider dropping it off on 10/2. I think the foot traffic in gun shops will drop off a little.

Jack at Jack's Gun Works did mine for $75 while I waited.
Including install and timing of the new FH I provided.
He did a great job, cut the threads just right so no washer was necessary.

Another question here. Normally, to get barrel threaded, does it heed to be taken off the upper receiver?
