I'm not sure how I feel about it. He was in his hotel room. He did however expose himself. But for some woman to use a telephoto lens to take pictures, I think she should be the one charged.

google is your friend, I am not.
    With his wife.

    lol. Maryland is so ridiculous.

If he is happy dancing about having sex with his wife in an OC hotel on the tenth floor, more power to him. It's OC, if this is the worst thing those idiots saw, they are lucky.

“I have nightmares because of you. I argue with my husband because it’s all I can talk about.”

Sounds like this woman is jealous because she can't stop thinking about him.

If the charge was a misdemeanor that COULD have resulted in a sentence of more than 2 years or a felony with a possible sentence of more than 1 year, then yes he would be prohibited. Note it's the possible penalty, not what he actually received.

ETA He was convicted of among other things Indecent Exposure, which is a misdemeanor that has a penalty of up to 3 years in prison

Based on that, he is now a prohibited person.

Jesus the man was with his wife in a private room on the 10th floor. Sounds like the idiots who testified should be charged for voyeurism. And what about the wife? It takes two to sex.

If you read the testimony you won't think it voyeurism. You'll wonder how a sicko like him ever got to a position of trust. Another example of the privileged ruling class.

It's crazy that a man with judgement this poor was in the running to be a judge.
