    Once again I’m taking the time to thank Ryan and his team! This time my 22 year old daughter and her boyfriend needed a mortgage for their first time home.

    Ryan took the time and explained all the different kinds of mortgages, rates, fees, ect.
    He kept his finger on the rate lock button while the searched for their home. They were beat up and frustrated by the nature of the market and getting over bid several times. In the end they were able to find the perfect home for them.

    Ryan was able to get all the financing and paperwork together for another flawless
    Outcome!

    Thanks again for helping out my family with their mortgage needs!
