Okay Eruby, no need to be defensive, I'm harmless. I'm just not very talkative. I'm from Texas, lost in this weird state. I was taught that the best way to keep people from knowing how stupid I am is to keep my mouth shut. I'm not that interesting, just play with my guns at the range and keep them in good working order. My wife died in Dallas years ago and I still miss her. That's about as personable as I can get. I'll shut up now.

He isn't being defensive, he is being cautious. Big difference on here. Spend some time getting to know the community and you will see why we are the way we are.

Welcome, Bryan. I'm cautious in sharing about myself too. Sorry about your wife. One of my closest friends lost his while he was in med school, and she's still the love of his life, nearly three decades later.

I am sorry for the loss of your wife.

I bumped off my mom over 8 years ago, and the pain is no less today.

As has been noted, not defensive, just cautious.

Your 'demetia' post, and this post:

I'll see your BB and "What's his name" and raise you BB and Stevie Ray.

smack of a seasoned MDS veteran, not an MDS newbie who is "not very talkative".

We've had our share of veteran members get banned, then come back again. We can be an extremelt friendly group, and we go FAR out of way to help one another, as well as protect one another.

I look forward to your next syllable contributions with great eagerness.

Very well sir, I didn't expect to be welcomed this way. I've been checking out your site for a while and liked what I saw, but being treated like this? I'll pass. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. I've never been banned from this site. You may have to wait a very long time for my next entry.

13 posts welcoming you and one trying to inform you why we can be a little cautious becasue sometimes banned members come back (not even insinuating you are one), and you feel like you are being treated like a criminal?

If you do decide to stick around (and I hope you do), you may want to be a bit less sensitive.
