I went over to inlinefabrication.com to see what's new. I picked up some of these for my 550:

All done except the bench top organization. I’m sure it will take some time to find what works best.

Brass on the bottom shelf, bullets on the top and the inline fabrications plates make it so easy to switch from press <> vise

Dan has a new thing that can be useful for the flush mount.

    Elevating QC Workbase

I'm thinking about getting one for my flush mount. I have several things attached to the QC plates, including a 57 lb Capri Tools vise. Sometimes it would be nice to have a tool a bit higher but not always.

Took the weekend to make a small upgrade to my reloading bench. Installed a Inline Fabrication quick change micro mount so the Lee single stage can still get used easily when needed but the Loadmaster came in and got it all setup up and dialed in. Made cranking out a 100 rounds pretty easy.

Found out that a 44mag case is still a little bit too small to hold the amount of propellant I want to use :-)

And yes, I know what I am doing there. Those are 21,5grn of fluffy goodness (B&P M410) which need a somewhat compressed load. Use with 240gr Hornady xtp and you punch the 10 out of the target while slapping the guys right and left of you in the face.

Prepped a bunch of 308 cases, loaded some 308 cases with 175gr Nosler CCs, and then broke a couple deprimer pins on a really messed up case (not even Berdan!).

I've recently set up the RCBS 3-Way Cutter, and that thing is pretty excellent. Doesn't fix the trim being a little uneven on the RCBS Trim Pro, but no more separate steps to chamfer. Saves significant time.

It’s been quite a few months since I’ve been able to sit down at the bench.

We’ll yesterday I tried creating some test loads for Sig357 cartridges. Brass prep no problem.

I ran the cases through the Redding Base Sizing die first to remove the head bulge. What a freaking workout.

The biggest issue I had was getting the seating die with crimp set just right. I deformed about 10 loads where a new bulge formed right behind the shoulder. I made my 25 test loads but this was much more difficult that I expected.

Got both Lee presses set up on the Lee bench block mounts so I can easily swap them around. Finally got the Auto Breach Lock press working.

Loaded up 60 rounds of 8mm mauser using some pulled Iranian surplus

Couple days before that I loaded up 223 plinking ammo. About 200 rounds of it. I use nosler varminter bullets which are good accuracy for its price In My opinion and 335 powder which throws very consistent in my Lyman 55 powder thrower

Starting over fresh! In the process of finishing our basement so I framed off a 14x8 man cave/reloading room. Used 3/4" red oak as my bench top reinforced with 2x3 attached directly to the studs. Wired in 5 outlets so I always have places to plug stuff in if needed. Next will be some vinyl plank floors and more overhead lighting.

Are you going to put rolling storage below, fixed shelve(s) below, or mix of both?

Well, I had used up all my 223 plinking bullets (I like to offhand shoot at steel at 100 yards) and was going to start loading up my more accurate SMK bullet formula. Noticed I was lower than I'd like on plinking 223 and was debating to just buy a bunch at 30 cents or so a round online with the prices so good. Heck, I had been reloading at about 21-23 cents a round. Then I was just gifted today 2 lbs of Powder vihtavuori 133 and 135 and decided I'd just load them up so I started cleaning this morning about 300 cases to get things rolling and ordered 1000 of the surplus FMJ's from Wideners for $88 shipped. With the free powder that will put me at about 12 cents a round. I already had about 300 cleaned, trimmed and ready to prime cases.
