Got this upper from Chad a while back. Runs perfectly and I stopped taking it to the range because everyone wants to check it out.

Sharp lookin firearm! Im building something similar and looking for a hand guard like that, maybe keymod...thats not overpriced. Seems their high/er when purchased separately.

Thanks - I got that upper from PSA, and then used Brownells Alumahyde to coat the hand guard in FDE.

Major changes

Made some big changes to the AR over the past couple months and more last night. What was once a light little carbine has become a tank. But I love it and feel like I don't have extra clunky junk I don't need. No unnecessary lights and lasers. Added the vert grip and optic last night.
