No the dismissal was from the District Court. It will now be appealed to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond.

They will affirm the District Court dismissal, setting up a CERT petition to SCOTUS.

Note CERT appeals are not automatically granted by SCOTUS. Need 4 Justices to vote to hear the case.

    Long way to go.

Well, patience is indeed a virtue. It's ridiculous that I can carry in 27 other states with a VA permit plus a DC permit, but I cant carry where I live. Obviously I have passed the moral character test for those, but here, I have to be assaulted or carry cash to be considered!!! Hey, maybe I should get a job delivering pizza, thats a cash/tipping business. Ugh!!!
