I am confused on the gun free zone map, when DC was o/c for a day or two a while back was there not a picture of someone here on the mall in front of the Capitol building? It looks like the Mall, along with the rest of DC is in a GFZ? What gives?

    NOBODY

That map is more than a little misleading. Carry on the Mall itself is fine, carry in any of the museums is a no no.

So Baker Young (HI), Nichols (CA) and Norman (FL) are the only ongoing cases that could carry the Circuit split to SCOTUS?

Wish there were an angle to relitigate in CA2/3/4/9...how to get around the existing binding precedent (may issue) in these Circuits.

sorry, we don't need more stats. We need the gun grabbers to stop lying about the onews we have.
To accomplish that we need to make it actually hurt them to lie, i.e. it should cost them something. Ultimately our side has to start working more towards putting them out of business permanently instead of just debating them for a time and then having to fight again when something comes up.

Not Baker but Young in CA9. There was the Baty case in Mass district court which should be at CA1 by now.
