When I created my NFA Trust I lived in Annapolis. My lawyer stated it did not need to be amended after a move. My form 1 has just been approved but I now live on the Eastern Shore. Do I engrave Annapolis or my new city? Thanks!

Yes. Engraving only states where the item was made AFAIK.
