He is still in business. Just no longer an IP.

Not sure where the OP stands but I would think in terms of cost/value. A JM is a fine gun, its a great range shooter but with values climbing fast they are becoming more safe queens. If you want a user/field gun is a Remline good enough?

I have a 1894 JM in .357 mag. and it will never be a safe queen even though it is in like new condition. Too much fun to shoot to leave in the safe. I am very careful with it though. Hopefully it will still be in excellent condition when my son gets it. If not, too bad. It will have been used for what it was intended for.

I too have a JM 357. Got it a few weeks ago and I cannot stop shooting it.

I heard he is still around but just has been busy. He is a small basically custom order ship but always has great customer service. You may want to give him a call/email.

Address: 604 Frederick Street, STE 3, Hanover, PA 17331
NOTE: It is a corner building and my door is on the Westminster Road side.

Good to know, thanks. I bought from him the past on the savage sales, but didn’t get in in the marlin sale. I’ll shoot him an email

Pricey gun, but Winchesters and Taylor/Uberti levers in 357 are in this range as well.

Every time I see one of those I want one. Just cant bring myself to spend that kind of money for a Remlin. If I ever see one in person I may change my mind after inspecting one in person.
