Kevlar reinforced polymer 80% for $100, interesting design the different colored fill and started holes mean there is no need for a jig.

    http://www.eplowers.com/

They have them instock and their facebook page has pictures of customer completed builds. It looks like all you need are a drill press, the right bits, a dremel and some files.

    Video from Bigshooterist:

He says the machining took about 3 hours for him, but he claims others have finished in as little as an hour.

It looks like there was a lot of interest in the other polymer thread but I do not believe they have shipped anything at this time.

I can't see the ATF giving this their blessing. The started holes are a no-no according to the ATF.

The cal gun thread discusses that, apparently in the past BATF took issue with manufacturers drilling the start holes, since that counted as a manufacturing step. This design was approved because the holes come from the injection mold that creates the lower not a drilling step. EP lowers was concerned as well and the current generation are actually built up more with a drilling dimple on the built up portion as a guide.
