Oh ok, I thought a 3 ring binder wasn't good enough...I thought they wanted a more permanent binding
Affirmative on both counts.
Also, if you transfer the firearm temporarily to someone (such as a gunsmith, pawnbroker, gun store for consignment, etc.)
As I understand it, yes if it stays overnight.Sorry, I'm dense. You have to record it if you give your C&R firearms to a gunsmith to service?
Has anyone gotten a C&R from Baltimore city's CLEO approved? I dont think the ATF would be the problem.
I looked upon the notification to local CLEO as a heads up to them that there is a location (business, residence) where there may be a “quantity” of firearms present (think burglar alarm calls?).

DARN!!!! Sorry Officer, it appears I've been LOOTED! I'd like to file a theft report.
Great thread, it just went into my "favorites", to reference the dealers listed. I, too, am a C&R holder. Do I understand from a previous post that C&R handguns can be purchased with it as well, as in off the internet and to your door? I know that AIM Surplus won't ship to MD, except to a FFL01 dealer. I though that was MD law. Is that the law, or just AIM's policy?
Got my CZ-82 and TT from AIM. TT just came last week!
