Current speaker apparently called the NRA extremist in his written testimony.

I'd like to take a moment to thank SNI for coming out!

We have the best advocates, don't we folks?

Speaker says that the courts can not be in the "gun taking business", nor does it want to be monitoring it.

Speaker raises a good point that this bill should apply to all prohibiting crimes -- not just domestic violence matters.

sometimes, I truly wonder why these events are even held. The members on these committees have already made up their minds. It almost seems like an event just to make people feel like they were heard.

Because some of us aren't ready to roll over and die?

Fun Fact: There are over 6000 crimes in MD that make one a prohibited person from owning firearms.

Was genuinely surprised to hear that number.

You'd think they want to strip us of our rights to possess firearms by any and all means possible or something.
