After months of hand wringing i pulled the trigger on a new G33. I have a 20- year old G27 but i figured maybe it was ok to get a new one even though i could have dropped a .357 barrel into the old 27. Looking forward to a range report, and like the fact that my 27 holsters and mags are useable with the 33. I find the 27 more comfortabake to carry iwb than a shield 45 despite being a bit thicker.
