Seems to be a trend lately.

Wow. Filed a restraining order against the ATF. That takes some balls. Good on 'em.
Well this will be interesting,a lot of people bought 80% lowers.
I'm surprised the atf has allowed the slide fire to go as long as if has.
If you read the article, it sounds like Polymer 80s are what the ATF is after.
Does Polymer 80 have an ATF letter stating that its a 80%?
I understand the reasoning behind the Restraining Order from Ares,but what I can't understand is this;
"A manufacturer made an 80 percent receiver in plastic with a different material and colors which show exactly where the customer can drill making it easier and cheaper to build. The ATF said it is illegal."
Since when,it seems no different than selling a jig with it??
I think the ATF is pissed off because the polymer lowers are not one solid color. The fire control group on the lowers in question is color coded to show you where to cut. They also have divots to show you where to drill the hammer and trigger pins. The reason ATF approved 80% lowers are not an issue is because they require a certain skill level and equipment to complete.
