After ~25 years I retired my PSE Fireflight Express. It's harvested plenty of deer over the years, spent time bowhunting with my dad before he died. It's been there for a lot of memories.
But now it's on to making new memories with my son. He passed his hunter's safety course last month and has been working up to drawing 30lbs on his bow. I picked up a 2017 Hoyt Defiant Pro and a barely used 2008 Bowtech Guardian and have been working on setting them up for archery season. We've been watching the deer herd in our back yard all summer and we have nice 6 and 8 point bucks and a 10 point with a drop tine coming up in the yard every evening. The heat is suppose to break for the opening of the season so we are excited to get out back on free evenings.

I still have an old Fireflight Express... loved that bow, but it hasn't been shot in a looong time. Killed my best bowkill to date with that many years back.
