Ethan: if the switch were automatic, it would effectively be a 14-round magazine, which would limit its legality in some areas. Kel-Tec has said that they are exploring the option for later releases though.

That makes sense... but where is a 14 round mag a problem other than CA?

I just don't like the idea of putting my check down near where the round is chambered, like the Keltec bull-pup shotgun. I know that area is supposed to be protected with a shield of sorts, but I still don't like putting my head in that area to sight the weapon in.
    Makes me feel very uncomfortable.

The trigger reset issue has been solved along with other recommendations that Shot Show attendees requested.

Kel Tec released a video update on the KSG, this might be a dupe since this video is over a week old, but here it is anyway. :)

    - Trigger reset issue fixed
    - Holes on mag tubes to see how many shells are loaded in each tube
    - Action lock changed
    - Other fun stuff. :)

Nice video. Now I think I actually want one.

I wonder if it can handle the mini-12 gauge rounds. You'd probably be able to fit 10+ in each magazine.

Looks like there's another competitor in the running. The advantage it has it has a selector that will allow alternate feeding from both or from a single tube. Woah that looks big.

not being marketed to US consumers.

not really a fan of that one - thought the automatic alternating between magazine tubes option is interesting.

    I'll still take the ksg
