    We all know that a bunch of bad bills have been passed as of late here in Maryland. It seems that Maryland tends to favor criminals and their behavior over the rights of the law abiding. What's to stop criminals from using these new laws to further disarm their potential victims? What's to stop someone who you pissed off from "red flagging" you? Now that anyone can and probably will falsely accuse anyone of anything I'm considering walking around with a body cam all day like the police do. I know it sounds silly but how else are you going to protect yourself not only from criminals but also from people that are just simply out to screw you over? I already have vehicle cameras for this very reason. There are lots of lunatics on the roads.

    The bill is HB1302 and there are many threads on MDS about this -- mainly this one: https://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=221659.

    Not just anyone can flag you and the law won't be in effect until 10/01/2018

    them: "I'm dating him!"
    You: "I broke up with her!"
    popo: "too bad, too late ... we are here to "Come and Take Them"!"

    Yes OP, plenty of posts on this subject. You forgot to mention Hogan signing 1302 happily.

    As a fellow Patriot Picketer, IDFInfantry is no doubt aware of all of the threads and the bill name, and pointing out the fallacy of this statement:

    (II) A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER;

    What law officer is going to not take your word that the alleged respondent actually did what you said?

    I already have a hidden body camera that I use for events. Paying careful attention to the two-party consent rules of this state and wearing it all of the time really might make sense.

    Why the grief?
