Meh
I got a S&W M&P22 pistol a couple of months ago. It's been the only .22LR semi-auto pistol that has never failed to function, and it's been super fun to shoot. My only real complaint was the sights. I never could get the front sight to be bright enough (even with various paints), and I was never a fan of plain black target sights on the rear.
I've checked around and people were offering mixed results with other home solutions and using standard M&P9 and 40 sights. I poked around the Internet and didn't find any after market options I was tempted to try, until now.
Enter the Dawson Precision fiber optic sights. They were really easy to install and the sight picture is now a lot better. I'm really looking forward to taking the pistol out shooting this week.
I'll post a follow-up later after the range session.
