So she and I are driving back from the RV show this weekend and out of the blue says, "We should get a .22rifle and .22pistol so we can work on our shooting skills for less $. Also we should buy some more ammo becaus eyou haven't bought any recently."

First thing out of my mouth was "what have you done with my wife?"

She's always been cool but it really took me by surprise.

I've always been open to good ideas for weapons.
    Any suggestions?

Sig 522 and Walther P22 (yes I'm no longer recommending the skeeter) I love mine and have not had many issues if any really but every time I tell someone to buy it they have problems with it.

Here is the Sig 522 Limited Green Edition (if I didn't buy the S&W 15-22 I'd have one of these babies!)

    Sig mosquito
    The 10/22 wothout question

Oh I wish my wife was so accomodating.............

Consider the Sig 2 step .22 and you can always get a .40/9mm/.357 top end for it later. Price is about $100 more than the mosquito but you are getting a full sized sig frame.

I really like the Sig idea. I'm a big 226 fan. Might go that route. Two guns for the price of one and a half...

Ya I was skeptical but after looking at alot of .22 handguns this one has a good feel and reviews say its reliable. Like the CZ kadet but to pricey and they wont relinquish their slides so you can updgrade it later.

Good feel, stainless barrel, buttoned muzzle a class A rig all around. (and I am not even a sigmaniac like Maui )
