Like the title says, what would it take? Any special zoning, or is any commercial area fine? I've been looking at some commercial properties in NW for an unrelated business, and stumbled upon a property that currently has a separate, unused portion of floorspace and thought to myself "hmmmm, that could be interesting."
So, what DC laws are there telling me where I can get an FFL?
And I do know that this is most likely a pipe dream, but it had me wondering.
