    You forgot about finding the right powders...

    A friend of mind pulled out a big one for me by getting me a pound of W296, from out of state.

    Powder selection definitely can be a bit tricky at times.

    Mini-chopsaw with a guide, makes the initial cut down so much easier.

    Chamfer the mouth, resize - final trim, chamfer again. Done.

    That sounds like an incredible pain in the ass. If a jig would make that any faster it may definitely be a worthy investment.

    It can be a problem getting powder, but that is just about the same for every caliber. Powders have just been scarce. That said when you can find powder a pound goes a long way.

    7000 grains in a pound will yield about 400 rounds using 17.4 grains.

    .300 Blackout is a lower power cartridge. Personally, I don't see the purpose in bolt gun.

    With .308 you can load to .300 Blackout ballistics, but you cannot load a .300 Blackout to .308 ballistics.
