So they can publish the results before the vote is taken. Are you saying process may be fixed? Not in our General Assembly!

I open the the pdf , and it shows the vote as taken place on 3/7/18.

Vote unanimous , all Committee Members added as Co Sponsors.

Looks as if took two days to update website.

Yes, it basically says that the state has to tell you when charged of a crime that makes you prohibited from having firearms that if convicted you will have to turn them over, then if convicted, they have to tell you again and then you have two business days to transfer them either to the police or an ffl and 5 business days to give proof of transfer to the court

Post-conviction attestation requirement seems to raise a potential Fifth Amendment problem, e.f., where attestation is required of a person already prohibited before the conviction.

Are you sure that's all that it says, the modifications to 4-303 look way more significant than that. Looks like it would make it impossible to transport "assault rifles" in Maryland.

No , I just re-reread the Bill for the Bazillionth time. It only applies to a Person convicted of one of the specified crimes, during the 2 day window to take it to LE or FFL .
