Help changing AR upper receiver and buttstock

Anyone near Frederick who can swap AR upper receivers and buttstock? I understand how to do it but don't have the tools or a vice so it looks like I'm paying someone.

When you say "swap AR upper receivers" do you mean you want to put a new complete upper on a lower, or do you mean you have a complete upper but you want to put a different upper receiver on it (i.e. remove the barrel and gas tube and put it on a different upper)?

What butt stock are you changing from/to(A-2 to carbine or carbine to A-2)? Does it require changing the buffer tube?
