Do you need a job to get a CCW?
What exactly are they asking your employer?
How is that relevant? It's not needed when you purchase one right?

This is one of the reasons I haven't submitted an application yet.

But that is your work phone.

As mrjam2jab posted they are asking for your boss's name and number in the phone interview.

Some Company policies are against things like that, the only authorized number, is a general number authorized.

Expunged cases need not be revealed.

Well. I can only speak for myself.

    Arrest was expunged? Yes...
Can I find it in case search? No.
It was a 17years ago...Submitted request to expunge in 2005...
Did I get a letter saying it was expunged? Yes, I think so, 85%.
So...Why chance it, and just admit it.
Again, this is just me. Everyone handle your own application they way you best see fit.

Not a lawyer, blah, blah, blah.

That is the case at my company. I have worked here for more than five years, filled out the additional information on pg. 10 and only included the company main, non-800, telephone number.

    This app is changed.......

    No??
The only major changes were related to fingerprinting requirements and the addition of a red notification calling out the need for out-of-staters to review the requirements at the MSP website.

I gathered that. Just seems odd to revamp it now.

It looks like that was done specifically to address the new fingerprinting limitations (e.g., MD residents required to do LiveScan, out of state still allowed to submit cards, in line with the new changes based on the memo that others posted before regarding the fingerprint requirements).
