I have a NH non resident ccw permit. If I purchase a firearm now I do not need a NICs check here?

Doesnt apply in MD since it doesnt recognize out of state ccw. Typically the resident state ccw allows you to bypass the nics check in the state you live in

Does Arizona require a specific training course? Going over their packet I received, it seams any trading will suffice. Iím was going to send a copy of my Utah certificate.

I used my DD214
Looks like a hunters ed or out of state ccw works. See item "N" .

Iím considering taking the Utah class at Gilbert for this reason - is there a good reason to pursue AZ or another state over UT? My understanding is UT has the greatest number of reciprocating states.

Its been a while, unless its changed but UT you had to take a class. Where as AZ you can use hunters Ed, dd214,old ccw license etc..to by pass. Depends on what states you are ttavelling through. Thats just my thoughts
