    Since when has Wolf 9mm been made by Tula? It was made by Barnul for as long as i can remember

    It's like how Vyatskiye Polyany/Molot and Izhmash/Saiga are quietly part of the same conglomerate. The Russian arms industry is just incestuous like that.

    The factories often sell to different importers... it's the way the industry works. I recall not being in love with Tula 9mm in terms of quality, but that was a number of years ago. I do make a specific point of trying to buying Barnaul .223, given how well it seems to work for me.

    This makes the most sense to me.

    I’ve never really had an issue with Tula 9mm, but I really dislike their 223.
