    Hello,

I just moved to Hyattsville to shorten my commute, and I am looking to network and pick up tips and tricks for being a Maryland gun owner. At first blush, I can see there are more rules in Maryland than there are in Virginia, my home state.

I own several firearms. My most recent purchase was a Sig P232 (PPK clone).

About me: I am an academic and my primary interests are military and security studies. My current research concerns the conception of privacy in different societies and the role tech and government in changing citizens’ perceptions of privacy.

I look forward to learning from all of you.

Cool. We've discussed Woodrow Hartzog's (sp?) work here in the past. Welcome.
