    So how do you transfer/ sell a vintage firearm? I have a Steyr 1908 ( made in 1906)

    Or over the internet. And YOU can ship it yourself. No FLL of any kind needed. Just make sure you receive a legit FFL prior to shipping.

    Or to a C&R FFL if you drive across Maryland's borders.

    Buyer does not need an HQL because the pistol is over 50 years old (C&R eligible- there's a check off on the Form 77r). Otherwise it transfers the same as any modern pistol within the sacred borders of Mary Land: through an FFL or the State Police.

    Interstate sale to a holder of an 03 FFL C&R.
