Patriot Picket - Networking Night in DC

Tonight was a 5th anniversary celebration for the One America News network, so they called a Meeting Of The Tribes tonight a few blocks from the US Capitol.

My invitation to the rooftop bash at 101 Constitution came by way of OAN reporter and Twitter mega-star Jack Posobiec, who has become a BIG fan of the Patriot Picket over the last year.

The temps were quite warm, so everyone gravitated to the balconies early on to catch some breezes and to chat before the 5th anniversary speeches.

Jack Posobiec is a busy guy, with a 4-month old baby boy and more than 340,000 Twitter followers. Jack happily retweeted pics of the Patriot Picket ambush of Maxine Waters and a series of pics of the PP down at the Red Hen.

I took the opportunity to thank Senator Rand Paul for his commitment to 2A. My buddy Tyler Yzaguirre told me Rand Paul hates to talk politics so I chatted with him for a minute about--of all things-- broken ribs and what a grind it is to recover. He broke 3 ribs clean through and cracked 3 more when that crazy neighbor of his tackled him in a rage. I broke 4 ribs clean through in a fall a few years ago so we talked about how long the pain hangs around.

Just today came word that the Mueller probe may be scraping the bottom of the barrel because the report is that the Mueller Mob is now questioning their targets about "the content of Roger Stone emails"!

Roger Stone has got guts. Not backing down. Not hiding. Told me his stance is "bring it"...

I struck up a conversation with Carter Page, who is much more talkative and relaxed in person than he is on cable appearances. He was the one who brought up his FISA warrants, which shocked me because I figured he would be tired of the topic. He pointed out that the FISA court was just a stone's throw from this event, and pointed out the building. Cool guy, and he's got guts, too, under that Lutheran Minister exterior.

I love OAN’s remarkably non-slick production atmospherics. Every time I see the slightly off lighting on one of their weekend anchors it makes me smile. They have to earn viewers and it shows in their gumption despite the incredibly deep pockets of their competitors.

Gotta tell ya, the highlight of the evening of the chance to have an unexpected in-depth chat with Eric Bolling, former FOX News anchor and now the host of his own show on Mark Levin's CRTV Network.

Eric told me he was there looking for material and new angles and was totally amped up to hear about the Patriot Picket escapades. He laughed outloud when I described our Maxine Waters ambushes, and other PP projects. He said no one is doing what we are doing and he wants to arrange it so he and one of his production crews can follow us on the next outing.

I gave him my Patriot Picket biz card with my contact number but he insisted that I dictate my number to him right on the spot. He rang my phone, checked it to see that it came through and said to text him links and photos tomorrow.

Great dude who LOVES the street activism that we do, and wants to showcase it. I think we are gonna be on CRTV this Fall...
