Many law enforcement officers would disagree with this statement. There is even a thread here on MDS titled "War on Cops". Just look how militarized our law enforcement has become in the last 20 years.
And isn't PG one of the places identified BY NAME by the DOJ as a Sanctuary Sh1thole that won't get any more Federal $$$? I guess that may have something to do with the highlighted text. Rather ironic since HIS agency is one that isn't honoring DHS Detainers.

Cook County lays off 321 employees just before Thanksgiving to meet a $200 million shortfall, but promises to pay for legal representation free of charge to illegal immigrants.
They fail to mention that legal service is not free, ask those 321 people just fired.
