Our county emergency management coordinator had an entire chapter of the local county plan devoted to what he could seize and how he would seize it...right up until the Sheriff read it. That part of the plan was removed. The feckin eejit is still the coordinator, but many folks have taken note of just where his unelected socialist arse lives...
