Governor Hogan’s new Secretary of the Maryland State Police, Supt. Woodrow W. “Jerry” Jones III, attended a “Police Executive Leadership Program.”
From today’s article: “Jones holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of its Police Executive Leadership Program.”
Just curious: Did Anne Arundel County Chief of Police Timothy Altomare attend an “Executive Leadership” program too?
If so, did Gov. Hogan’s new MSP Supt. Jones attend the same leadership program?
Is a “police executive leadership program” where Altomare was taught that your Civil Rights are subject to revocation by police?
Chief Altomare: “No right is 100% not removable — none. The right to life is not unremovable — the courts take it away in parts of the county, cops take it away. The right to liberty is not unremovable — the courts take it away, cops take it away,” Altomare said. “The right to carry a gun is not unremovable.”

Obviously there a Constitutional policing problem at the local level; will it be a statewide policing issue now?

I went to school with Jerry since 6 th grade. I still see him fairly regularly you couldn’t ask for a better person. And yes he shoots regularly.
So do a lot of anti citizen LEO's. Question is, does he support 2A?
