    I want an addition built on our house.
    I have an MHIC and could handle permits and foundation, I just need a good Carpenter, (Particularly for framing sheathing and roof) plumbing and electrical.
    I would also be open to hiring a contractor soup to nuts for the whole thing, but I have a budget. 20x30 one story on a block crawl space foundation, 7 courses rat slabbed. PM if interested thanks

    I was going to suggest calling Victor MacSorely. He's out of St. Mike's but one of his long-time guys recently moved into the town limits of QA. I'm not sure what level of carpentry skills he has but I know he does reno work for Victor. :shrug:

    I'm not sure that was much help but it's worth a phone call.
