The center section of your forearm looks like the alien light shifting optical camo from the movie Predator. Did you take this picture just as the gun was starting to go into stealth invisi-mode?

It's 100% legal on any rifle.
It is not legal on pistols <26" without an AOW tax stamp. That is ATF, not MD rules.
I knew it was legal. Otherwise it wouldn't be in there lol. I was unsure if the previous poster was unsure. Thanks for the clarification though.

ironpony is pretty squared away. I'm guessing he asked for possible use on a pistol build or something maybe(if it was considered a VFG). I don't mean to put words in ironpony's mouth though.
I kinda assumed the same.. they do make an AFG also.
