    It seems to me that in the past 3 or 4 weeks there have been about 5 different people looking for advise on how to something that is not legal. Is it possible that someone from Marylandistan is trying to gather evidence about this forum to try to influence Jdge Legg's decision. IF IT'S ILLEGAL WE WON'T TELL YOU HOW TO DO IT. WE WILL ONLY TELL YOU THE LEGAL WAY. If there is no legal way and we tell you that, Please don't argue, When someone as enlightened as Clandestine tells you to cut it up then the next step is to start sawing. OK now I'll shut up and go to sleep

    Obviously this thread got derailed rather quickly.

    There is a potential way to legally find out if this silencer was registered. The "owner" will have to give the item to his attorney and the attorney can do research with the atf as to whether or not the item has all the proper paperwork. The crux of the situation is that the attorney fees will probably be close to what it would cost to purchase a new silencer.:sad20:

    My favorite part is cause he's a "Fedarool Occifer" he is somehow above the law. Firewall no disrespect but you obviously have access to a computer. Look up something called the "Magna Carta". I hear it's pretty interesting.
