    All Third Party reference Sites should be verified from primary sources .

    That said; Handgunlaw dot com takes great efforts to be up to date, and through , usually moreso than the similar websites .

    Has anyone just downloaded the Maryland regulations regarding handgun carry? Sure there's lots of room for interpretation but we all know how the interpretation usually goes.....

    BTW no "intent to harm" doesn't mean shit as a defense

    That is not what the sign says.

    It says that is the DEVICE was DESIGNED to inflict pain or cause injury.

    NOT the intent of you carrying it.
